This Recipe was inspired by a recipe found in the Diabetes Forecast Magazine.

Step 1:
Grilled Tuna Steaks. Grill them how you desire. (well done, medium, etc)

Step 2: Mash Avocados with a little black pepper, sea salt, lime, garlic, cilantro, tomatoes.
Giving you a delicious healthy guacamole.

Step 3: Cut up romaine lettuce

Step 4: Grill whole wheat tortilla’s, until nice and warm. Spread guacamole on the tortilla.
Top the lettuce over the guacamole. Next place the grilled tuna. Squeeze a little lime juice
if desired and ENJOY!
