This yummy snack is refreshing and and very good for you!
• non fat, plain Greek yogurt
• 1/2 a banana (This adds a great flavor without adding any sugar, makes it naturally sweet)
• almonds (if desired)
In a medium bowl, whisk together yogurt and banana.( A really ripe banana works best)
Now that you’re yogurt is ready, put some in a small bowl, top with blueberries and almonds.
Repeat same layer. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
*note bananas like other fruits have carbohydrates, so if you have type 2 diabetes, make sure your counting your carb intake!
